Boston College held down the number-one ranking in the latest release of the USCHO.com polls, while UNH continued its climb up the list to the ninth spot, after a three-point weekend against Northeastern.

Boston University jumped up one spot to 12th after a four-point weekend against UMass, and UMass-Lowell fell three spots to 14th after getting swept by BC.

Northeastern, which played even with UNH for all but 53 seconds of their weekend home-and-home, held steady at 15th, and Providence, which swept Maine handily away, just missed the top 20 with 66 votes, which would have been good for 21st.

In the less-friendly USA Today poll, BC again led the way, with 18 of 34 first-place votes, but UNH was cast out of the top 10, coming in 11th, just ahead of Lowell (12th) and BU (13th). Northeastern would have been 19th in the poll, which cuts off at 15, and Providence didn't receive a single vote.
