Wisconsin forward Matt Thurber has been dismissed from the Wisconsin hockey team by head coach Mike Eaves. Thurber was given an indefinite suspension, after an incident that according to Madison police, involved multiple misdemeanors from an alleged domestic incident on February 8th.
After reviewing the details of the case, Eaves made the decision to release Thurber from the team.
