Dries Lands at Ohio State

Former New Hampshire forward Danny Dries was dismissed from the UNH hockey team hours before New Hampshire's first NCAA tournament game last season. It now looks like Dries will get a second chance in college hockey, as he has been added to the roster of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

He'll have to sit out this season as part of his transfer, but he could be a nice asset for the Buckeyes with his final two years of eligibility. Dries was a pleasant surprise for the Wildcats, scoring 28 points in 37 games, and following it up with 21 points as a sophomore.
