Czarnik De-Commits
I had heard a rumor this past June that NTDP forward Austin Czarnik had de-committed from Michigan State, and checking the NTDP's roster today, he's now listed as uncommitted, so that would seem to confirm that.
Czarnik had a pretty substantial scholarship to MSU, which drew him to MSU in the first place, but as last season progressed, Czarnik's stock rose quite a bit with the NTDP, and some of the shine probably went off MSU's program with their 11th place finish. He is only in the 11th grade this year, so he'd likely have to go to the USHL next year if he chose the college route. He was also selected by the Windsor Spitfires of the OHL, which could be a likely destination for him once he is done at the NTDP.

USHL then Michigan? Maybe, but I personally think he’s destined to be a Spitfire now.

If he was destined to the spitfire he would not need to de-commit to a University now. He would just wait like everyone else does. He is holding out for a better school to offer which he will get soon I would think.

Exiled One, lay off the crack pipe. Maybe Motzko is luring him away from MSU.
