WCH's First 2010 NHL Draft List

I usually hold off on this until after the Select 17 Festival, but since the event was moved to Rochester, NY this year, I won't be going, so the aftermath of this year's NHL Draft seems like a good time to get this list out there.

Here's a list of 50 kids that I've seen that I think have a pretty good shot at getting drafted next year, including twenty 'A' prospects that I think have a chance of going in the first three rounds of the draft.

Star-divide

Just as a note, this far from a complete list. It's just kids I've seen(plus I added Taylor Hall, Kirill Kabanov, and Stanislav Galiev to the 'A' list. Despite not having seen them, I'm fairly confident they'll be there.)

  1. Cam Fowler (A)
  2. Taylor Hall (A)
  3. Teemu Pulkkinen (A)
  4. Kirill Kabanov (A)
  5. Erik Gudbranson (A)
  6. Stanislav Galiev (A)
  7. Derek Forbort (A)
  8. Brett Connolly (A)
  9. Jack Campbell (A)
  10. Jon Merrill (A)
  11. Mark Alt (A)
  12. John McFarland (A)
  13. Mikael Granlund (A)
  14. Victor Ohman (A)
  15. Brendan O’Donnell (A)
  16. Tyler Pitlick (A)
  17. Curtis Hamilton (A)
  18. Jason Zucker (A)
  19. Nick Bjugstad (A)
  20. Kevin Clare (A)
  21. Nick Mattson
  22. Kevin Gravel
  23. Caleb Herbert
  24. Jared Knight
  25. Aaron Harstad
  26. Brent Darnell
  27. Lukas Kozak
  28. Brandon Archibald
  29. Andy Iles
  30. Joey Hishon
  31. Ben Marshall
  32. Luke Moffatt
  33. Max Gardiner
  34. Justin Faulk
  35. Matt White
  36. Jacob Fallon
  37. Stephen Johns
  38. Bryan Rust
  39. Jarred Tinordi
  40. Clark Cristofoli
  41. Brett Stern
  42. Jeffrey Pauluk
  43. Joe Rubbelke
  44. Zane Gothberg
  45. CJ Motte
  46. John Parker
  47. Kevin Lind
  48. Joe Rogalski
  49. Adam Brown
  50. Christian Isackson

There's still a long ways to go before next year's NHL Draft, and it should be fun watching players rise and fall on this list, and see others come out of nowhere to the top of the list, while some drop off completely.

2010 Draft

Not a bad start, but I agree there will be a LOT of movement starting in August. Are you getting any feedback on the Select 17 Fest out of Rochester?
