Analysis:

Florida has to be thrilled that Kulikov fell all the way to them at 14th overall. There's a chance Kulikov won't be in the NHL because he'll go to Russia, but to be honest, there's probably an equally good chance the Panthers won't be around in a couple years either. Kulikov is a top ten talent and the Panthers made a great pick by getting him at 14.
