Solway Sticking with BG

Bowling Green forward David Solway announced that he will return to Bowling Green next season after initially announcing that he would be looking to transfer due to uncertainty over the program's future.

It's not a bad decision on Solway's part. It's unlikely another school, especially in the WCHA, where he was rumored to be looking, would be able to offer the same playing time-Solway was, and should be, a top line forward for BG--and in terms of scholarship money. Plus, if Bowling Green does drop their hockey program, he can then transfer next summer and not have to sit out a year.
