Hauswirth Signs with Washington

Michigan Tech recruit Jake Hauswirth has signed with the Washington Capitals, forgoing his college eligibility.

This is another crushing blow to Michigan Tech. The Huskies offense was brutal last season, and Hauswirth, who finished 21st in USHL scoring with 52 points in 58 games, looked like the best hope to help turn that around.
