Bemidji Borrows a Band

Bemidji State won't be able to send their pep band to Washington D.C. for this weekend's Frozen Four due to a scheduling conflict. The mind boggles at what event they'll be playing at instead of going to what will likely be their only Frozen Four appearance for a very long time, but anyway, their band can't make it.

Luckily, BSU has acquired the services of George Mason University's band to play for the team at the Frozen Four. It only seems appropriate to have George Mason playing for Bemidji at the Frozen Four. The Patriots were one of the lowest seeded teams to ever make the basketball Final Four, while Bemidji State is the lowest seeded team to ever make hockey's Frozen Four. It should be interesting to hear their rendition of the BSU fight song.

What? No "Red Line Swingers"?

That’s just sad, quite frankly.

Well, George Mason wears green, too…

What's G? Nothing but freakin' Gatorade. Geesh.
