Alberts To Be New UNO AD

The Lincoln Journal Star is reporting that Trev Alberts will be named Nebraska-Omaha's new athletic director tomorrow morning. Who's playing second fiddle now, Herbstreit?

I don't know. I'm a fan of this move purely because the potential fiasco factor is absolutely through the roof.  I'm not sure how tearing a shoulder muscle or arguing with the dim-witted Mark May qualifies one to run an athletic department, but best of luck to UNO.

Well...

I’d let Corso be second fiddle but thats just me..on a serious note though I hope Alberts gets the wheels moving to get UNO into the WCHA.
