Duluth Gets a Miracle

Sometime late in the third period of the Princeton-Minnesota-Duluth game, I was thinking, "Hey, maybe I'll finally get on the board in my own Pick'em contest".

Nope. I was 0-for the first day.

Duluth pulled off a an amazing comeback to score twice in the last minute of the third period,  including the tying goal with .8 seconds left. Fanhouse's Bruce Ciskie has a more detailed recap of the game.

Duluth is starting to look like a team of destiny here. You've got to feel bad for Princeton. This was their second NCAA appearance(1998 was the other) and both games were valiantly played, but lost in strange fashion to a team playing in their home state.

I went 4-0

And I have the dogs winning the Whole NCAA tourney…But Stalock will have to play much better than he did last night if that will happen.

You missed something...

Chris, Princeton made the tournament last year. They lost to North Dakota in the first round in Madison.
