New Commits

Green Bay Gamblers defenseman Nick Jensen committed to St. Cloud. Jensen is a high school senior this year that left Rogers HS in Minnesota for the USHL. The Huskies needed some quality defensive recruits, and Jensen qualifies.

From Chris Heisenberg...

Michigan Tech picked up a local high schooler in Hancock junior forward Tanner Kero. According to his coach, Dan Rouleau, ""Tanner is just heads and shoulders above most of the rest of the guys out on the ice with him. Whether it's at practice or in a game he's a very fun hockey player to watch.

Alaska-Anchorage picked up another recruit from western Canada in Spencer Bennett.  Bennett has 40 points in 54 games for the Surrey Eagles this year.

Interesting to see us gambling on a local high schooler. I guess he’ll get two years of juniors somewhere to develop and prove himself.
