Video of UND's Disallowed Game-Tying Goal

Denver led North Dakota 3-2 going into the final minute of regulation their game on Saturday, when North Dakota's Brad Malone appeared to tie the game at 3. But after a goal review, the goal was eventually waved off.

Here's the video of the play:

 

Probably the right call since Malone tries to kick the puck to his stick with his feet, but never actually makes contact with his stick. I've made it clear in the past that I absolutely hate the ambiguity of the rule about deflected/kicked pucks going into the net, and if it were up to me, I'd count them all. But it doesn't look like a lot of ambiguity here, since Malone doesn't put it in until the second time he touches the puck.
