The USHL Adds Another Franchise

The USHL announced today that a league franchise will be returning to Dubuque, Iowa. Dubuque had a USHL for 20 years until 2000-2001, when the team folded. But with the league stronger than ever now, Dubuque seems like a pretty good fit. They'll be the fifth team from Iowa, where the USHL has done pretty well.
