A Little History Lesson

College Hockey News' Tom Douglis writes about the beginnings of college hockey.

Canada has made available a .PDF version of what is thought to be the first ever book written about hockey: Arthur Farrell's 1899 book Hockey: Canada's Royal Winter Game. The book is just incredible, and well worth reading, even if only for a few pages. (Link via James Mirtle)
